Mr. Atkin is an active investor who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build their businesses and teams. He is an expert in building category creating companies, and he has helped lead 7 companies in various industries ranging from education to real estate to consumer products.

He previously served as President of Owlet Baby Care, Inc, (NASDAQ: OWLT), a world leader in infant health monitoring and led the efforts to commercialize the award-winning products. Previous to Owlet, Mr. Atkin was the Chairman and CEO of GOAL ZERO, the world leader in portable solar products, since joining the company at inception in 2009. He successfully grew revenues from $0 to nearly $40M in 4 years and led the sale of the company in 2014 to NRG Energy (NYSE: NRG). Prior to joining GOAL ZERO, Mr. Atkin worked for Sorenson Capital, a $1.5 billion AUM private equity firm located in Utah. His responsibilities at Sorenson Capital included various strategy consulting and operations roles with portfolio companies. One of those companies was the #1 LAP-BAND surgery network, American Institute of Gastric Banding, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and oversaw the launch of a successful new brand and multi-million dollar direct response, omni-channel marketing campaign.

He thoroughly enjoys the challenge of learning new businesses and industries and applying tried-and-true principles to exponentially increase profits. With his extensive knowledge and understanding of the Utah market specifically, he is an integral piece of Utah Inc.

Michael Eschrich is a tech industry and supply chain veteran. He has more than a decade worth of experience at Apple (AAPL), where he served in upper management at Apple Park in Cupertino and around the world. He built teams in Shanghai, lead the financial arm of the supply chain for all display components ($50B+ and AAPL's largest commodity grouping), was selected to lead multiple black projects internationally (Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan), and prepared commodity guidance statements for Tim Cook (CEO) and Luca Maestri (CFO). He is an expert on internal corporate structures, operations, and building/managing exceptional teams. With degrees in Accounting, Finance, and a Masters in Business Administration, he has applied his knowledge to entrepreneurship resulting in a multiple million dollar valuation in the first year.

Brandon “The Mechanic” McNally has over 20 years experience as an executive, board member & advisor, entrepreneur and operational leader. He has operational expertise in enabling partnership between investors and portfolio executive teams, leveraging proven business operating models, creating managerial bandwidth, developing leadership teams, and instilling best leadership and business practices within enterprise foundations.

His expertise is in operational transformation, financial clean-ups, value creation realization, creating and deploying strategic and tactical operating plans for enterprises, identifying organizational resource infrastructure gaps, and finding ways to tell a company’s story and maximize enterprise value.

He is the CEO & Managing Partner of JLK Management Group and Board Chair of Northward Partners, LLC.  He has held pervious roles as Executive Managing Director of E78 Partners, LLC, CFO of Westwind Investments, and has held executive roles with PACCAR [NYSE: PCAR], Itron, Inc. [NASDAQ: ITRI], Wilsonart, LLC, and Hanger, Inc [NYSE: HNGR].

He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting, BBA in Business Management, and a BSBA in Accounting.  He is a certified SCRUM Master and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He also holds professional certifications and designations in Financial Modeling and Valuation, Business Valuation, Business Intelligence and Data Transformation, Capital Markets & Securities, M&A, Executive Coaching, and Project Management.

Ben is a Utah native. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from BYU in Economics and began his career as a management consultant in San Francisco and Johannesburg, South Africa. He moved back to Utah in 2011 and has been building local businesses as well as investing & advising early stage companies ever since. Ben co-founded Paul Davis Restoration of Utah where he led Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Sales, playing a pivotal role in growing the company from $2M to almost $40M in under 6 years. Ben now runs a high-end construction company focused on luxury homes & unique commercial projects. In his free time, Ben loves enjoying the outdoors with friends and his wife and four children. His primary hobbies include mountain biking, fishing, skiing, boating, & traveling.

Michael Margolies is an American entrepreneur, investor, and businessman, born on July 4, 1958. He is the founder and CEO of Littlebanc Advisors, LLC, a bespoke private equity firm. Margolies has a passion for investing in old-world, enduring businesses, with holdings in logistics, firearms, and death care. He played a vital role in the early funding, institutionalization, and subsequent exits of companies such as Liberator Medical, LML Payments Systems, Inc., and Planet Payment, Inc. Margolies was an early investor in Acorns, which has raised around $100 million in venture capital funding and is backed by notable investors such as Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Bono, and Ashton Kutcher. He also led the A round in crypto asset manager Arca, and is the lead investor in ETF company Nightshares and fintech Intellpro, according to recent SEC filings by Littlebanc.

Margolies began his career as a top salesman for the health club chain, Jack Lalanne, after forgoing college and working as a beer truck driver. He went on to have a 30-year career on Wall Street, during which he was a partner at Oppenheimer for about 8 years. Margolies is known for his pioneering work in independent research for Wall Street companies, as the founder and CEO of Avalon Research Group Inc. (1995-2004). He is recognized as a "must-know" business influencer by the Jacksonville Advantage and has been featured in Barron's and other publications. Margolies has also been a guest lecturer at some of the nation's top business schools and sits on many boards.
